It does sometimes happen that a panic attack will be a one off occurrence and not form into a repeating habit however this is not common, the majority of people do experience repeating episodes. It’s helpful if you can identify very clearly what triggers your panic attacks as this can be useful in helping to focus treatment and a plan to eventually overcome it.
